Terms of Use
These terms are the rules for using Flavorfy, an app made by Dumanlar LLC ("we", "us"). By using Flavorfy you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use Flavorfy
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
- You can use Flavorfy as a guest or with an account. Keep your login private; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
Recommendations are suggestions
- Flavorfy suggests restaurants, including AI-chosen daily picks. Suggestions can be wrong or out of date: hours, prices, menus and dietary information can change.
- Always check with the restaurant about allergies and dietary needs. Flavorfy is not responsible for your experience at a restaurant.
Your reviews and photos
- You own what you post. By posting, you give us permission to show it in Flavorfy and to use it to run and improve the app.
- Post only honest reviews of places you actually visited, and only photos you have the right to share.
- No hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or illegal content, no spam, and no pretending to be someone else. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Using the app fairly
- Don't try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the app, or collect other people's information from it.
- We may change, pause or stop parts of Flavorfy at any time.
Ending your account
- You can delete your account any time from Account → Delete account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
The legal part
- Flavorfy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
- To the extent the law allows, Dumanlar LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Flavorfy.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
- If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Flavorfy means you accept the new terms.
